Bill Gates will be stepping down shortly, and recently made his final keynote speech as CEO of Microsoft at CES. During that keynote, he showed a video of what his last day will be like, as he starts his search for a new job, milking every contact he can think of.
I especially like the part where Al Gore shows up, what with him being a member of the board of directors at Apple. Delicious unintentional humor, that is.
I was looking around on Digg, trying to find something to amuse me during my illness, and came upon this little gem; if your computer starts playing 'It's A Small World' or 'Fur Elise,' it could very well be the motherboard trying to let you know the system fan isn't working.
Seriously.
I dunno why this amuses me so much, but odds are it has something to do with codeine and cough syrup.
Engadget has a pretty good chart up about the benefits of Microsoft's Windows Vista versus Apple's OS X Leopard.
Even more amusing is the comments that are coming because of that chart, with the different fanboy fractions warring about bluescreens and gaming support and other crap. Check it out.
